How to Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Indicate your order number and the products you wish to return.
Send the products back in their original, unused condition, with all labels attached, to the business address: San Vittore Olona, 20028, Via Manfredo Fanti, 19, Italy.
After inspecting the condition of the product, we will process your refund.
Return Conditions
Products must be:
Unused and in perfect condition
In the original packaging
With all labels and tags still attached
Shipping Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund Times
Once your return is received and verified, we will process a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Excluded Products
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of customized or used products.
Defective Products
